The trickle charging timing chip QX1302 with 31 bytes static RAM has a working current of less than 300nA at 2.0V V.
QX1302 trickle charging timing chip introduced by Qunwei includes a real-time clock/calendar and 31 bytes of static RAM, which communicates with the microprocessor through a simple serial interface. This real-time clock/calendar provides the information of the year, month, day, hour, minute and second. It will be automatically adjusted for the end of the month with less than 31 days, and there is leap year correction. As there is an AM/PM indicator, the clock can work in 12-hour system or 24-hour system.
In addition to the timing function, it has the following features: dual-pin main power supply and standby power supply, programmable trickle charger VCC1, and a 7-byte temporary memory. Widely used in telephone, fax, portable instruments and battery-powered instruments and other product fields. QX1302 is packaged in SOP-8 or DIP- 8.
Main features:
The real-time clock calculates the year, month, day, hour, minute, second and week until 2100, and has leap year adjustment function.
31 x 8-bit general purpose temporary storage RAM.
Serial input and output minimizes the number of pins.
2.0v to 5.5V wide voltage range operation.
At 2.0V, the working current is less than 300nA.
There are single-byte or multi-byte (burst mode) data transmission modes when reading and writing clock or RAM data.
8-pin DIP package or optional 8-pin surface mount SOP package.
Simple 3-wire interface.
Compatible with TTL (VCC = 5V).
